Lleve al fuego hasta que caliente.<\/p>\n<p>-Sin dejar que la mezcla hierva, a\u00f1ada el az\u00facar y el cacao en polvo y remueva bien con un batidor de mano hasta que quede disuelto el cacao y sin grumos. Mantenga la mezcla en cocci\u00f3n a fuego medio.<\/p>\n<p>-Agregue la maicena en la media taza de leche reservada y proceda a mezclar muy bien con una cuchara.<\/p>\n<p>-Una vez que hierva la mezcla achocolatada que tenemos en cocci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ada la maicena diluida y deje cocinar para que vaya espesando y tome la consistencia deseada.<\/p>\n<p>-Retire del calor y deje enfriar a temperatura ambiente. Lleve a refrigerar.<\/p>\n<p>-Sirva el postre fr\u00edo en tazas o copas dulceras. Puede acompa\u00f1ar con las tradicionales galletas Mar\u00eda y agregar un toque personal a\u00f1adiendo fresas troceadas o frutos
