Operations Instruction Installation Rotate the measuring cup assembly âclockwise" to secure it onto the positioning seat of the oil storage tank. Fix the lifting rod and oil pan funnel in place by rotating in the "clockwise" direction. After confirming the correct orientation of the measuring cup assembly, lock it in place. After installation, ensure that the lifting pole is in a vertical position relative to the equipment. Adjust the lifting rod device by turning it counterclockwise to adjust the height of the lifting rod oil pan funnel. Turn it clock-wise to tighten. Measuring Cup Oil Extraction Set the measuring cup valve to the middle slot position (valve closed). Close the valve on the oil extraction hose and connect the corresponding vehicle-specific oil extract needle tube. Connect the air supply to the vacuum generator's air intake port, and open the air supply valve. Adjust the vacuum pressure gauge needle to the rated nega-tive pressure of 50~65cmHg. Insert the oil extract needle tube into the engine compartment, open the valve on the oil extraction hose, and begin extracting waste oil. Measuring Cup Oil Draining Empty the waste oil from the measuring cup into the oil storage tank below. When the oil level in the measuring cup reaches the warming line, empty the waste oil from the measuring cup. Press and rotate the measuring cup valve to the top left or right slot position (valve open). Waste oil inside the measuring cup will automatically flow into the oil storage tank. Waste Oil Recovery Use a lifting device to raise the vehicle to a suitable height. Ensure a safe working environment and position the equip-ment under the vehicle engine with the oil pan funnel aligned with the engine's drain hole. Unscrew the vehicle's engine oil drain plug. The waste oil will be discharged into the storage tank through the oil pan funnel. Waste Oil Discharge of Oil Storage Tank Close the measuring cup push-button valve. Close the oil discharge pipe valve. Close the oil tank inlet valve. Connect the air supply to the oil tank inlet valve. Open the oil tank inlet valve and pressurize it. Once it reaches a certain pressure, the check valve will automatically close. When the pressure inside the oil tank exceeds 1.0 bar, the safety valve will automatically release the pressure. After 5 seconds, slowly open the oil drain valve. After discharging the oil, cut off the air supply.
